YOU'RE INVITED
The Labour Advisory Table
A private executive table for leaders shaping labour, workforce and organizational strategy.
You have been invited to join The Labour Advisory Table, a private Labour Intelligence Systems membership bringing senior organizational and association leaders into an ongoing strategic conversation about the labour and workforce systems affecting their organizations, industries and communities.
The intelligence of the Table comes from who is at it.
Membership is intentionally limited to invited leaders whose experience, perspective and organizational responsibility can contribute meaningfully to the discussion.
This is not a public community, networking group or general professional membership.
It is a private executive intelligence and advisory environment designed to create better-informed leaders, stronger organizational strategy and, over time, better labour systems.
Labour and workforce conditions are rarely shaped by one organization acting alone.
Collective agreements, workforce availability, leadership practices, contractor relationships, bargaining environments, public policy, industry conditions and organizational decisions interact across an entire system.
The Labour Advisory Table brings experienced leaders into the same conversation so those conditions can be examined earlier, more intelligently and from more than one perspective.
The objective is not simply to discuss what has already happened.
It is to help leaders:
identify emerging labour and workforce conditions earlier;
understand how decisions in one part of the system affect another;
challenge assumptions before they become organizational problems;
develop stronger labour and workforce strategy;
exchange experience across organizations and sectors; and
contribute to a more effective system for employers, associations, leaders and the workforces they depend on.
Participate in a 60–90 minute private virtual roundtable each month with invited organizational, association and industry leaders.
The discussion is focused on current conditions, emerging risks, negotiations, workforce pressures, operational realities and issues members believe warrant collective examination.
Receive deeper LIS intelligence and advisory context developed specifically for Advisory Table members, including member reports, emerging issue analysis and intelligence that extends beyond the open Labour Intelligence Network.
Members may raise relevant labour, workforce, bargaining and organizational issues for strategic discussion.
The Table creates an environment in which leaders can test thinking, compare perspectives and identify considerations they may not see from inside their own organization.
The Table is not simply a source of information. Member experience becomes part of the intelligence.
Bringing senior leaders from associations and organizations into sustained conversation helps identify recurring system problems, emerging opportunities and practical ways labour and workforce strategy can improve.
When an organization-specific issue requires confidential review beyond the Table, members receive a priority pathway into LIS Private Advisory Work.
Member organizations may also receive preferred member pricing on separately scoped advisory engagements, where applicable.
Private advisory work remains separately scoped and is not included as unlimited consulting within membership.
Participating organizations may be recognized as Labour Advisory Table Organizational Partners, reflecting their participation in an executive initiative focused on stronger labour intelligence, organizational strategy and workforce systems.
Membership receipts and invoices are issued by Labour Intelligence Systems Inc. and identify the applicable organizational membership or partnership purchased.

Labour problems rarely begin with a grievance, disruption or failed negotiation. Those are often downstream consequences of decisions, assumptions and operating practices that developed much earlier.
